Welcome to my design portfolio. My learning experience has been somewhat unconventional. I spent a full time job's worth of volunteer hours dedicated to learning lighting design and stage management as well as some sound design.

Because of my love for puzzles, numbers, and art, lighting design has become the basis of all of my theatrical passions. And with this ability, I have proven myself to be an excellent programmer, at one time reading the 600+ page manual for a Hog 4 and then designing and running lights for a concert two days later.

I'm experienced in programming moving lights as well as troubleshooting them. I'm experienced with programming conventional lights, primarily on may of the ETC series boards. i am also experienced as a master electrician and general lighting crew member.

 

In December 2015, I graduated with a BGS in English Literature and a minor in Philosophy. Currently, I am continuing my study in lighting design and stage management while planning to expand into set design and continue my study of sound design.
